OHS Free Pet Behavior Helpline - 503-416-2983 

The Feral Cat Coalition (FCCO) and The Pongo Fund will give caregivers free cat food throughout January, 2012 when a feral or stray cat is brought to FCCO to be spayed or neutered.  All S/N services are provided at FCCO on a donation basis.  Food will be given while supplies last.  Details 503-797-2606 or feralcats.com. 

Nominate An Animal Hero - The public can express appreciation for heroic animals and animal lovers this month by nominating them for the Oregon Humane Society's Diamond Collar Awards. Nomations deadline is Jan. 31; submit at OHS or online at oregonhumane.org. The OHS Heroes Luncheon featuring the Diamond Collar Award winners will be held Feb. 23 at the Governor Hotel in Portland.
